The Mixer & Pump Milk Kart is equipped with a high-output pump that dispenses up to 36 litres per minute and delivers up to 7,500 litres on a single charge (equivalent to 44 x 170-litre fills). The pump, housed in a protective case, is mounted directly to the frame, and the mixer motor efficiently blends a 20kg bag of milk replacer in just 4 minutes, feeding up to 56 calves (3 litres per calf). The vortex-enhanced mixing system ensures a smooth blend, preventing nutrient separation and foaming. The mixer motor operates with a 16amp plug and includes a charger that connects to the side of the battery housing for easy recharging.
This model helps eliminate the need to lift heavy buckets over gates and barriers, reducing physical stress and labour on the user.
